1. Digital Product Policy

All eBooks sold by Share Bazaar Gurukul are digital products delivered electronically. Once an eBook has been purchased and the download link or access has been provided, the sale is generally considered final.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for the following reasons:

• You changed your mind after purchasing the eBook.
• You purchased the wrong eBook by mistake.
• You were expecting different content than what was described on the sales page.
• You have already downloaded or accessed the digital product.
• You are unable to use the content because you did not read the product description before purchasing.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We understand that genuine technical or payment problems can occur. Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: You were charged more than once for the same product in a single transaction attempt.
• Payment Successful but Product Not Delivered: Your payment was successful, but you did not receive access to the purchased eBook.
• Corrupted or Inaccessible File: The purchased eBook file is damaged or cannot be opened, and the issue cannot be resolved by providing a working replacement file.
• Incorrect Product Delivered: You received a different digital product from the one you purchased, and the issue cannot be resolved by providing the correct product.

Any approved refund will be processed according to the applicable payment provider’s procedures and timelines.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you experience an eligible issue, please contact us with the following details:

• Registered email address used for the purchase
• Order ID or transaction reference number
• Product name
• Description of the issue
• Relevant payment receipt or screenshot, if required

5. Cancellation Policy

Because our products are delivered digitally, orders generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and access to the eBook has been provided.

If you notice an accidental duplicate payment or a technical issue immediately after purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible.
